2) Loan Modifications: Learn How to Avoid Foreclosure and Save Your Home - 3/5
----------------------------------------------------------
** Hosted by PAA, sponsored by The Alex Group & The Law Offices of Michael J. Jaurigue

Having trouble making your mortgage payments?
Are you living paycheck to paycheck?
Do you have a negative amortization loan?
Is your interest rate going to adjust in the near future?
Is the bank threatening to foreclose on your home?

Learn about the loan modification process, requirements and obtaining reasonable and
affordable long-term solutions with your lender. Unless you know how to deal with your
lender and navigate through its complex and often confusing administrative system, you
will likely not succeed in attempting to modify your mortgage -- over 80 percent of
homeowners who attempt to modify loans on their own are denied.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! Through a loan modification, you may:
- Lower your interest rate and thereby reduce your monthly payment;
- Reduce your principle balance on your loan;
- Convert your adjustable rate mortgage to a fixed rate for the life of your loan;
- Convert your negative amortization loan to a conventional fixed-rate loan;
- Extend the term of your loan, so that your monthly payments are reduced.

If you’re interested in learning more about loan modifications, please contact us today to
reserve your seat. (Seating is limited)

WHEN: THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2009
6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
